Christmas with the Jorgensen's

We flew to Salt Lake City on December 11th and were able to spend 10 days with my family. Brent was even able to come for the first 4 days which was a treat. Enjoy some scenes from our time there...

I was fortunate to be in town for the wedding of one of my oldest and dearest of friends, Annalee Allen. It was so much fun to attend the ceremony and dinner. We have known each other since we were 3 years old!

Seeing and spending time with my grandparents was such a treat. My grandma has been battling cancer for the 3rd time but I think she looks as beautiful as ever!

Brookie had such a wonderful time with my parents. She just loves them and they adore her. Brooke would not let go of my Dad and just cried and cried when we had to leave! We had a little Christmas with them before Brent left and they gave us a solar oven to add to our emergency preparedness... sooo cool!

We had a nice time with my family and were sad to leave but happy that the trip was not over, as we were on our way to see the next family in St. George! My only complaint from this part of the trip... Brooke getting pink eye and then me being sick for three days really ruined some of our plans and we missed seeing lots of friends that we were supposed to meet up with!

I also want to mention, we did not end up sending Christmas cards this year but want to thank you if you sent us one!! Next year, I'll be on it!

Merry Merry Christmas!!!
